Dans le IXème arrondissement de Paris, sur le boulevard Haussmann, une jeune architecte a pris en main une partie de ce bâtiment à l’occasion de sa rénovation. Afin d’appuyer la candidature de l’appel d’offre pour l’exploitation de ce restaurant, des perspectives ont été effectuées en collaboration avec l’architecte, tout en proposant des options d’agencement facilitant l’exploitation du prestataire. De grands groupes y ont implantés leur siège social au sein de l’immeuble lors de son ouverture en 2017.

In the 9th arrondissement of Paris, on Boulevard Haussmann, a young architect took charge of part of this building during its renovation. To support the bid for the restaurant’s operation, visualizations were created in collaboration with the architect, while also proposing layout options to facilitate the operator’s workflow. When the building opened in 2017, major corporations established their headquarters there.
