Situé place Vendôme, ce lieu prestigieux au cœur de Paris a été inauguré en 2015. Possédant une cafétéria au rez-de-chaussée et un restaurant haut de gamme en sous-sol, un appel d’offre a été mis en place pour l’exploitation culinaire de ces espaces. Ces perspectives ont été générées dans le cadre de cet appel d’offre.

Located at Place Vendôme, this prestigious location in the heart of Paris was inaugurated in 2015. It features a cafeteria on the ground floor and a high-end restaurant in the basement. A tender was launched for the culinary operation of these spaces. These perspectives were generated as part of this tender.
