Le Jardin

Faisant suite à l’espace cafétéria Maggie Café du bâtiment, un second espace à plus grande capacité dédié à la restauration assise, se situe au sous-sol. Mais cette localisation n’était pas en contradiction avec l’apport de luminosité. En effet, cet étage baignait d’une lumière naturelle apportée notamment par le jardin d’hiver situé en son centre, mais aussi par le travail minutieux de l’architecte qui a su utiliser les bons matériaux, en lien avec l’identité de la marque de luxe qui habite le bâtiment.

Following the Maggie Café cafeteria space in the building, a second, larger dining area dedicated to seated meals is located in the basement. However, this location did not compromise natural light. In fact, this floor was bathed in natural light, thanks to the winter garden at its center, as well as the meticulous work of the architect, who skillfully selected materials in harmony with the identity of the luxury brand occupying the building.
